WHAT A MENTOR | Masela Samuel | 07-10-2022 - 17:51
Dr. Susan
With devotion you served Uganda
Spreading your mentorship from KIU
Your dedicated service was a marvel
That unlocked my academic abilities
The potentials in the English language
My entire life
And those who are because I am
Will derive livelihood from
But now you have left
Gone but trailed by praises
And only nobody's blames
Leaving a bright cloud of lingering consolation
It's mountains that do not meet
People always do
I'm convinced one time we'll meet
Afterall your going could be the key
To open your mentees' opportunities
Dr. Susan
You'll always be remembered
For your motherly academic potential
Incorruptible character
Consistency in doing what's required
Rare values worth emulating
No words can carry my appreciation
But all l can say
May God bless you unreservedly
Live until you are full of days!
