Once upon a time
We went to satisfy and dissatisfy the panel
Later they discussed
The satisfaction and dissatisfaction
Disagreeing to agree
On who qualified and who didn't
Yet all anticipated success
"Where does he come from?" asked one
"What has he, something or merit?" inquired another
"Mark you, we don't eat merit,"
"The requirements are crystal clear."
"One either fulfills them or never."
Poor candidates with desired qualifications
Were left out in distress
Oh, a disservice to the nation
In the name of service to the same
